Here are the Wisdom Healing Arts policies that you agree to if you purchase products and services:
- Always treat staff, practitioners, and fellow clients / students with the utmost courtesy and respect.
- Always arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment may still end at the original planned time. If you are late, you will still be charged the agreed upon full amount for your session.
- If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for your session. Only last minute sickness might be excused as appropriate.
- Participate reflecting health and hygiene standards appropriate to receiving a bodywork / massage therapy treatment. Let us know ahead of time if you have a contagious condition or any health concern that might affect your receiving bodywork. Intoxicated clients will not be allowed to receive treatment and will be respectfully asked to leave the premises.
- Thoughtfully and thoroughly fill out the Confidential Health Survey (your Intake Form) to the best of your ability.
- Exercise wise caution when coming to or from the office owing to dim light, icy / snowy walkways, or post treatment effects. Please be grounded before driving home.
- Payment is expected at the time of service.
- For existing, established clients, once / year, Kirby gives people a pass on canceling with less than 24 hours notice. Life happens. You must call or notify him however. No call / no show will still be charged fully. Likewise, rarely something emergent happens in Kirby's life, and there is a small chance he may need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. If this happens, he will make every effort to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
